I'm the personal assistant for Mimi LaFleur (AKA Myrtle Barnes), who played America's favorite detecting grandma on a hit TV show. The septuagenarian party animal never met a man or cliche that she didn't take to like a duck to water. These days, she spends her time with beauty appointments, charity events and day trading.
I’m a writer (no, not published - yet), who survives in expensive Los Angeles by making Mimi’s cocktails and cleaning the litterbox for Astaire, ten pounds of spoiled Persian fluffiness infused with the vim and vigor of a small Rottweiler.
But my most challenging (impossible?) task is to keep my employer out of trouble.
